I purchased a car from this dealership, which had a few issues (rear window failed to go back up, squeaking brakes, dents and scratches all over the car, one of which clearly shows that someone had scuffed the bumper on something, drivers heated heated seat doesnt work and two advisories on the MOT.They agreed to fix the rear window, and machine polished the car (although this only removed one scratch) After I was forced to challenge them quoting their own advert as they had described the interior as excellent condition, the sales exec tried to tell me that the heated seat isnt part of the interior!Eventually they compromised, at first they offered to fix the heated seat and only charge me 100, eventually they have agreed to fix it for free under the condition that they wont fix the other issues.The sales exec seemed uninterested at first and as more and more faults were found with the car came across as argumentative and stand off-ish.The service manager gave me great customer service and was polite, professional and knowledgeable and I would strongly recommended him.
Buying a used car here and very impressed with the service received so far and the cars they sell. Honest used cars that are not dressed up or altered to cover up any faults and from the cars I looked at on the forecourt, the vehicles seem fairly priced and reflect their condition, age and mileage very well.Would recommend this dealer.
