Very poor. Simply cant get an appointment when you desperately need one. Avoid this surgery they just dont care. Someone will have to die before they change their ridiculous system.
If you can get an appointment within a couple of months, you're lucky. If you object to this, then you will be given a condescending lecture by the receptionist, who will then hang up on you as soon as you speak, acusing you of shouting. All in all, the doctors are OK, but the service is awful
Never had a problem, friendly staff and doctors.
Visited the other day and saw a breastfeeding friendly sign. My first thought was "brilliant, we need more of these" only to discover they meant in the loo. The sign was on the toilet door and it had a chair in there. I wonder how many staff eat their lunch in the toilet? Disgraceful for NHS practise
There is a poor continuity of service on offer at this surgery, every time I made an appointment I was asked to see a different Doctor. I requested that the GP was familiar with my Medical history, however he was not, he even asked me to make my own arrangements for a hospital operation!! even though the hospital letter asked me to speak to my GP about it. The level of service available is only OK if you have a simple medical condition which can be fitted into a ten minute appointment slot.
