I had an issue with my boiler where I had fluctuating cold to hot water, I obviously feared the worst and thought my boiler was completely finished however I contacted Johnson's who sent someone out very quickly, diagnosed the fault accurately and also gave me a clear explanation of the issue..... I had a call a day later from a very nice lady who booked me in for the repair, the repair was carried out today by a very nice chap (apologies I didn't get his name) who completed the repair quickly and tidily and even advised me of another small repair that my boiler needed while he was there (he did that too at the same time) Yay I now have hot water again which is great.....Johnson's are highly recommended.... Great communication, prompt service all at a really good cost.......
